Camden: 4 months

Camden is 4 months old already! He is the perfect baby. So happy and so beautiful. The doctor said he is doing fantastic! He is 15 1/2 pounds and 25 1/2 inches. He love love loves food. I wasn't excited to start feeling him and was hoping to put if off until 6 or 7 months like I did with lincoln. Mostly because nursing is so much more convenient. But Cam begs for food whenever we are eating. He doesn't nurse for enjoyment like Lincoln used to. It's just quickly eat and get back to playing (which is sad for this mommy... What about cuddling!) but a baby wants what a baby wants, and that's always been my philosophy. Obviously I use my best judgment but for the most part I have let the boys define their own schedules and routines. And it's worked so far (Lincoln has basically potty trained himself in the past few weeks, even doing number two in toilets out and about at Walmart and the mall).

Cam is wearing 9 month clothes and size 3 diapers. Actually all the size 3 went to Missouri so for the past week he has been wearing left over size 4s. So I'm not sure if I will switch back to 3... He started rolling on December 23rd at chases parents house and now rolls like crazy. He is so so ready for his jumper that is waiting in Missouri and misses his swing which was also sent last week. He will be crawling and sitting up earlier Han Lincoln I think. He is so strong! And so happy.

Another note on Lincoln besides the potty training: he started a couple months ago identifying car symbols with their owners and now says "Toyota, Kia, Beemer, and Ford" and knows who they belong to. (Beemer-jujee, Toyota-nonnie/TT, Ford-grandad, Kia-mommy/papa, and he knows jeep is naynas!)
