Lincoln: Four months old.

Link is almost four and a half months now but nevertheless, an update. At his four month doctor visit Lincoln weighed in at 17 pounds 8 ounces and just under 26 inches long. He is in 90% for weight and 72% for height. His doctor said he is magnificent. He loved our appointment having come from his previous appointment with a young mom who was stressed to tears with a baby that just wouldn't gain weight. I am so greatful for my happy healthy baby boy. He seems to get smarter and smarter every day. He is always doing something new.

He learned to roll over the day before his 4 month birthday day. I couldn't have been more proud of him. He goes from back to front to the right or left now and really doesn't sit still for long anymore. It seemed like for weeks he's been stuck in a little body he just couldn't quite figure out and finally he is getting it!

His hair is changing over to real hair and not newborn hair anymore and he has the typical bald spot on the back of his head but he does sport a pretty good Mohawk. He is now in size 3 diapers and wears size 6-9 or 6-12. I cant believe he is almost out of the baby section. It is weird it seems like at target they have 3, 6 and 12 months. They never have any 9 month things left! Which is good because it helps me talk my self out of buying things.

He talks and laughs constantly. The boy I babysit, Desi, gets so excited when Link baby talks. Desi says, "he's talking to me!" So cute.

Link tries very hard at blowing raspberries and is sometimes successful. He wants to go go go and kicks his legs and tries so hard to scoot. Not yet though. He loves praise (what boy doesn't) and pleasing people. He loves to sing and will sing along with you if you sing to him (especially the hobbit song) He is really starting to like his Baby Einstein bouncer. He wants to be a part of everything and does crunches and tries to sit up to be able to see everything.

Here are some pictures of Lincoln at 4 months.

At the doctor being so good. He hardly cries for shots.

Visiting great Nonna. She didn't feel like getting out of bed so he got in with her.

His poor legs from the shots. So cute and chubby.

Tired from the big day.

Loving his bouncer.
